Description
Poerio Artichoke Bitter is made from the infusion of artichoke leaves in an alcoholic solution and the concentrate of
the natural fresh fruit. The particular variety of artichoke selected gives the product a high quality with unique
aromatic notes.
To be enjoyed iced with a few fresh mint leaves.
Organoleptic characteristics
Taste: complex and refreshing, with herbaceous notes and a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of fresh artichokes.
Colour: amber with dark green hues.
Density: moderate, making the drink hard yetat the same time smooth on the palate.
Combinations
A very versatile liqueur that can be enjoyed neat, well chilled, or used as a base for cocktails. It goes well with dark chocolate, mature cheeses, or as a digestive after rich meals.
