Coffee Liqueur Cream
Description
A fine liqueur cream that encapsulates all the flavour and freshness of pistachios. All products under the the name Poerio are synonymous of quality and experience since 1951.
Organoleptic characteristics
Taste: rich and enveloping, in which the sweetness of the sugar and the creaminess of the cream combine perfectly with the intense, aromatic notes of the coffee.
Colour: light brown, with bronzed highlights reminiscent of roasted coffee.
Density: rich and creamy, but not overly dense, making it easy to pour. The texture makes it pleasant to the palate.
Combinations
It can be enjoyed on its own, served plain or with ice, or used to enrich desserts such as ice cream, tiramisu and cakes. It also goes well with espresso coffee, for a refined ‘caffe corretto’. It can also be used to prepare cocktails, giving a touch of sweetness and creaminess to more complex mixes.
