Description
A fine liqueur cream that encapsulates all the flavour and freshness of pistachios. All products under the the name Poerio are synonymous of quality and experience since 1951.
Organoleptic characteristics
Taste: characterised by an enveloping flavour with sweet and strong notes, a perfect combination that enhances the bittersweetness of the chocolate and the warmth of the alcohol.
Colour: intense dark brown, reminiscent of the colour of the finest, specially selected cocoa.
Density: rich and creamy, but not overly dense, making it easy to pour. The texture makes it pleasant to the palate.
