Lemon Liqueur Cream
Description
A fine liqueur cream that encapsulates all the flavour and freshness of pistachios. All products under the the name Poerio are synonymous of quality and experience since 1951.
Organoleptic characteristics
Taste: perfect balance between the sweetness of the sugar and the acidity of the lemon, with a rich, enveloping aftertaste.
Colour: bright yellow, reminiscent of fresh lemons.
Density: rich and creamy, but not overly dense, making it easy to pour. The texture makes it pleasant to the palate.
Combinations
Perfect to serve on its own, chilled or with ice, it also goes well with spoon desserts such as cheesecake or pannacotta. In addition, it can be used to prepare fresh cocktails or as a topping for ice cream and sorbets, thus enriching the taste experience.
